Innovations Waiver

The North Carolina Innovations Waiver is a Medicaid community care funding program designed to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). This program leverages both federal and state funds to provide community-based alternatives to intermediate care facilities. It offers personalized services and support that are customized to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual. These services can be delivered in various settings such as homes, community locations, or through programs at A Little Care of North Carolina. Our committed team engages closely with clients, providing assistance with daily living activities, skill development, and recreational pursuits, all aimed at fulfilling their personal needs, aspirations, and goals.
